The Houston Housing Authority is governed by a five-member commission appointed by the Mayor of the City of Houston. The Board of Commissioners helps guide the Housing Authority by setting policy and providing leadership and oversight that enables the Housing Authority to reach its goals and advance its mission.
Members
The Board of Commissioners normally meet the third Tuesday of every month (unless otherwise noted below) at 4:00 p.m. on the 4th floor of the Housing Authority's main office, which is located at 2640 Fountain View, Houston, Texas. All board meetings are open to the public. Public notices of board meetings are posted at the Harris County Administration Building and Houston City Hall 72 hours in advance of each meeting.
