A native Texan and resident of Houston for almost fifty years, Lance Gilliam is the managing partner of UCR moodyrambin PAGE, a commercial real estate brokerage and management firm. He has spent most of his career focused on retail user transactions, including tenant representation and project development.
Lance is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on its Houston District Council's Executive Committee. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, having served as the dean of its School of Open Air Shopping Centers.
Active in community organizations, Lance serves as president of The Children's Museum of Houston's Board of Directors and as a founding board member of the Five Corners Improvement District. Formerly, he was a board member of the Urban League of Houston and a member of the vestry of St. Martin's Episcopal Church.
In January 2010, Lance was appointed to the Houston Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners.
