The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that all public housing authorities annually develop and present to the public a comprehensive Five-Year Agency and Annual Plan. The Five-Year Plan details the Houston Housing Authority's goals and objectives for achieving its mission over the subsequent five years. The Annual Plan provides details about agency operations, program participants, programs, and services for the upcoming fiscal year.
