IFB# 13-15, Redevelopment of Wilmington House Apartments
The Houston Housing Authority hereby invites bids from general contractors offering to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and necessary services required for the Redevelopment of Wilmington House Apartments, 4000 Wilmington, Houston, Texas 77051, as stated in the specifications of Invitation for Bids No. 13-15. The work must be in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications and the Statement of Work in this Invitation for Bids package.

Interested and qualified contractors may obtain the Invitation for Bids package on compact discs (CDs) beginning April 1, 2013, on payment of a non-refundable amount of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) at the Purchasing Department, Houston Housing Authority, 2640 Fountain View, Suite 408, Houston, Texas 77057. The payment shall be made in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order made payable to the Houston Housing Authority.
Bids must reach the Houston Housing Authority no later than 2:00 p.m. (CDT), on May 2, 2013. The public bid opening will take place after 2:01pm on May 2nd, 2013 in the 4th Floor Boardroom of the Houston Housing Authority.
RFP# 12-40, Project Based Vouchers - November 2012
The Houston Housing Authority requests proposals from property owners and developers interested in receiving Project-Based Vouchers through both the Housing Choice Voucher and HUD-VASH Programs.
