The Moderate Rehabilitation Program is a unit-based rental subsidy program for low- to moderate-income individuals and families. The program is handled on a referral basis from the actual sites and/or property owner. The Houston Housing Authority does not accept applications for this program; applications for this program must be completed on-site.
The Moderate Rehabilitation SRO program is designed for single homeless individuals and currently provides more than 250 housing units for single individual who were without housing.
Applications for the program must be completed on-site at an SRO development. Applicants should bring the following documents:
