Owners can market their property by registering with Socialserve.  It is a free online housing locator to help tenants find housing and landlords fill vacancies.

The Houston Housing Authority will refer Housing Choice Voucher holders to your units using Socialserve. Voucher holders have 24/7 online access to listings and can also call a toll-free, bilingual call center for live assistance with locating rental housing. The toll-free number is 1-877-428-8844.

Property owners can complete a free registration online or by phone to experience these benefits:

• Add and update property listings online or with a quick toll-free phone call.
• Post photos and extensive details about rentals, such as number of bedrooms/bathrooms, location, rent amount, utility specifics, amenities, eligibility requirements and much more.
• Reduce calls on rented units by marking listings as "unavailable" immediately when rented. When units are available again, you can re-list units with a few mouse clicks or by phone.
