Prospective property owner meetings are held each second Wednesday of the month at the Houston Housing Authority at 2640 Fountain View Dr., Houston, TX 77057 at 3:00 p.m. The 4th floor board room has been reserved for the following dates:
Prospective and current landlords are invited to attend any or all of these meetings to learn more about working with the Houston Housing Authority. Staff members will provide an overview of the HHA program and go through the steps to lease to a Housing Choice Voucher Program participant. Topics covered include:
These meetings are a great way to understand how the Housing Authority services its clients and pays rent subsidies on their behalf. Many tips will be given on how you can best find great participants, keep your property leased and better understand how this partnership works.
